UnBaldYour agreement with ANVOG LLC
These terms govern UnBald and unbald.app, operated by ANVOG LLC, a New Mexico company operating from Brooklyn, New York, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 16; if you are not a legal adult where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use and any purchase.
What the app provides
UnBald helps you record hairline photos, estimate a Norwood stage from submitted photos, review illustrated markings and written observations, compare scan history, explore an illustrative outlook, and keep track of a care routine. It provides educational information and personal tracking, not diagnosis, prescriptions, clinical monitoring, or treatment. Read the Medical Disclaimer.
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Photo quality, hair type, lighting, pose, and model changes can affect results. We do not guarantee hair growth, prevention of hair loss, a particular stage, or a treatment outcome. An internet connection is required for processing and purchases. Scan intervals and allowances shown in the app apply; a subscription does not mean unlimited scans.
Photos and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your photos and other content. You grant ANVOG LLC and the service providers used to deliver UnBald permission to transmit, process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use your photos in advertising.
Submit only content you are entitled to use. Do not upload another person’s photos without permission, misuse the app for surveillance or identification, submit unlawful content, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, or bypass subscription or scan limits. Protect access to your device. Local history may not be recoverable after device loss, deletion, or reinstallation; UnBald is not a medical-record backup service.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, billing periods, prices, and any introductory offer are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. The price and eligibility confirmed by the store apply, including local currency and taxes. Introductory pricing lasts only for the stated period; renewal is at the displayed regular price.
Apple bills your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal under Apple’s rules; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → UnBald. Cancellation ordinarily leaves access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore purchases in the app with the purchasing Apple account to restore eligible access. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund service, subject to its policies and any mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise automatic refunds or fixed prices for future periods; required notices and store rules apply to changes.
Apple’s app license
The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license for the UnBald service; they do not replace mandatory Apple terms. Apple is not the provider of UnBald’s analysis or responsible for our support obligations.
Privacy, availability, and ownership
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, cloud processing, providers, and deletion. The app, branding, and original service materials belong to ANVOG LLC or its licensors. You receive permission for personal use subject to these terms, not ownership of the software.
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or provider failures. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and may discontinue features with notice where required. Mandatory rights relating to paid services remain unaffected.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, UnBald is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a clinical purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ANVOG LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other non-excludable liability. Your local mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Changes and questions
The effective date identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes where required; changes do not remove accrued mandatory rights.
